It is time to take the fight to them in a way that brings the terror to them instead of the streets. Surround them. Say nothing. Follow them EVERYWHERE. Home? Fine... Hotel? OK.... Barracks? At least they will be KNOWN...

There was to be an SDPD internal investigation into that incident in June, but I don't know whatever came of it, I can't find any reliable info (I live in the San Diego area).
