Biden “very likely” to win Pennsylvania, Wisconsin; “likely” Florida, NC. Tossups are Ohio, Iowa and Georgia (!). Texas merely “likely” for Trump. His largest “sure” state is Tennessee (Biden “sure” to win California, NY, Illinois)

1. Not good enough.

If his chances hit 200%, then maybe we can relax a bit. A win so big that it's effects ripple back in time and Joe Biden becomes president in 2016.
