I thought they were a bit drunk, to be truthful. No one was threatening them, so why the public display of their "power" to protect?

It IS time for big donations, so I understand his logic. I hope they contributed to the Trump Family Charity, as they'll be needing all they can con out of his sheeple.

That doesn't mean he didn't have something else scheduled - and cancelled it because of disinterest though.
