One of the most powerful and moving things I have ever seen on TV. I had no idea it was out there to see it again. The Academy Awards rarely lets copies of its programming out in the wild.

I looked for it on YouTube a few weeks ago, after a day of watching protests. The song seemed more fitting than ever.

And especially fitting tonight, as we mourn the loss of John Lewis and remember his greatness.

I had not seen it before and it is just stunning. I hope this is performed for his memorials - with the bridge renamed in honor of John Lewis.

..is an icon. Read a suggestion earlier that the name of pettis bidge be renamed to honor John Lewis--how wonderful would that be!
