Ghislaine Maxwell refused to reveal identity and assets of her SECRET SPOUSE

Adam Klasfeld @KlasfeldReports (Courthouse News)

Ghislaine Maxwell's secret marriage was a detail that zipped by the shaky audio and breezy revelation of yesterday's hearing. The prosecutor chastised the defense for not revealing the "assets of [Maxwell's] spouse whose identity she declined to provide to Pretrial Services."

"In addition to failing to describe in any way the absence of proposed cosigners of a bond, the defendant also makes no mention whatsoever about the financial circumstances or assets of her spouse whose identity she declined to provide to Pretrial Services," per transcript.

that was taken a few years ago:

Spacey: So Andrew is the next line?

Maxwell: No, first they'll arrest Jeffrey, then me, then it'll be Andrew.

One of the weirdest things to me about people in Epstein's circuit, including the politicians and the academics and researchers, is how stupid these people are.

Dershowitz, for example. He literally believes that he's protected by the Acosta Accord that indemnified all human beings for all time for any crimes related to Epstein. That accord was quashed. It no longer exists, but Dershowitz keeps referring to it.

because a legal marriage would be a public record wherein a party would have no expectation of privacy

If it wasn't in the United States, I don't know that other countries have the same public records requirements.

is all the oxygen that this "thing" is going to suck out of the room for the next few months. Part of me believes that the Trump administration has been tracking her closely since before Epstein's death to be able to trot her out as a major distraction at key times in the political campaign.

The lamestream media is certainly obsessed with this common criminal.

But, mark my words, some stuff about her is going to dribble out every few days or so. She's going to be involved in deal-making, and some of that is surely going to leak out.
