Forty days and forty nights, that’s how long the comprehensive nationwide lockdown needs to be.
God gave us the prescription. Any of you evangelicals know that, right?
Should be about right. Should only take 20 days but there’s one in every group that breaks the rules.
Don’t need to wander in the desert, just stay home.
Pope, preachers - Make it a religious thing and maybe you’ll get compliance. We can call it a miracle in the numbers drop. You can say that God was pleased with our sacrifice. You can say you heard the message straight from heaven. Frankly I don’t care what you say, as long as you get them, these brainwashed anti-science people, to get with the program and get rid of this damn virus. We had kind of a good country wash down the drain. We’re gonna be worst one in the world if we don’t get this problem fixed. Besides which, there is a pot of gold at the end of that 40 day rainbow LOL which is the stock market might avoid catastrophe.
Well maybe it’s the catastrophe you want. Maybe you got some puts or shorts that you’re planning to make a bundle on. Playing that game is some risky business though. Forty days. Preach it.
