Voting this morning...poll workers without masks

Guess which party? When I asked them if they should be wearing masks they told me they were on private property. I told them polling places were public. (It was in a church). Then they told me they were adequate distance from each other. (They were 4-5 foot apart.). Another poll worker told me as long as they were 20 foot apart masks were not required. When I left I told them they weren’t even 6 foot apart. I hope they don’t spread the virus but I won’t be sad if they get it.

2. Do you really not understand that they will take us with them?

In a couple of weeks, their child will be sitting in my classroom - with up to 40 more individuals for a 3-hour block of time. Their wife may well be taking care of my elderly aunt in a nursing home. They may wander through Starbucks, where my daughter is exposed to one new person approximately every 5 minutes.

The people that don't believe will expose everyone they come into contact with, including those who do believe and are doing everything we can to survive.
