Someone who will viciously protect the rule of law. Preferably someone who worked at SDNY in the past.

He's more than qualified. He spent lots of time in the Justice system, so he knows where the bodies are buried already. I wish people would stop naming people from the Congress for cabinet positions. There are plenty of great people available without having to take away people who have been doing a great job in the legislature.
