He has been open about his struggles with bipolar disorder and unwillingness to stay on his meds, perhaps he is not in a good mental state right now. At first I was pissed about his entering the race and possibly spoiling things, but now I think he might be in trouble - his family needs to step in.

I think this whole Kanye West sideshow will go away by itself. I hope he gets whatever help he needs.

Running for president takes a lot of work, planning and time that I don't believe he would ever devote to the task at hand.

more over, as much as he would like to run for president, the time frame to get on the ballot in many many states has long since passed, plus the few that remain, he still has to get the papers filed in time.

in summation, it's a publicity stunt for his music.
