Hes nothing short of a murderer. So many of these deaths could have been averted.

The USA lost more personnel to disease (63,114) than to combat (53,402), largely due to the influenza epidemic of 1918.

and some military egghead made a correlation between living space and the advantage of social distancing
Officers were allotted 75 to 80 sq ft of barracks space and had the lowest rates of infection, while the enlisted slobs had a mere 35 sq ft of space and were hit the hardest. Story is, they made adjustments, and the famous World War II 'temporary construction' barracks were born.
I was billeted in one back in my daze.
