First off I don't think it's going to happen, I believe he's just running his mouth. However, I can also see some evil genius thinking that he'd siphon African American votes from Joe.
In any case, does anyone have a list of states where it's even possible for him to get on the ballot at this late date?

I heard others I dont remember but those two caught my attention. I dont think hell run unless musk really does want him to and will do all the work involved. I doubt it will happen.
