Republican governed southern states are getting clobbered.

We have some real repuke losers running the show down here and killing people with their stupidity. More new cases from the south than the Northeast, West, and Midwest combined. From the BBC......

Ala. Gov. backed down after initial 2 week stay at home order.
You can see the graph starts going up about 2 weeks after Memorial Day re-opening.

Despite the obvious evidence, the Gov. refuses lockdown now, and refuses to order masks.
She says there is no way to make people obey the order ( despite people still getting tickets for no seatbelts).

So we are wide open for the virus.

Fortunately our rural small town offers more protection than being in one of the urban areas.

Being outdoors does seem to be the safest place to be. And that is probably helping the northern states where people are actually outside this time of year.

But few Floridians are outside much this time a year. Cooped in offices, restaurants and bars with the air continually recycling. No one is using outside dining down here.

There is only 2 places I feel safe. In my house and on the boat in the gulf.

You don't have time to make them all yourself.

And old proverb that apparently hasn't circulated much south of the Mason-Dixon Line.
