Two winners in Patterson’s recent ward council elections were charged with voter fraud—specifically the way mail-in ballots are supposed to be collected and filled out.

The six ward elections in Patterson were conducted solely through vote-by mail because of the coronavirus pandemic.

This is the second in several seemingly targeted arrests of democratic representatives in the past week.

1. This is not a targeted arrest of Democrats.

Attorney General Grewal is a democrat. He is a person of the highest integrity. This is petty local dirty tricks. Attorney General Grewal's statement:

“Today’s charges send a clear message: if you try to tamper with an election in New Jersey, we will find you and we will hold you accountable,” said New Jersey attorney general Gurbir Grewal. “We will not allow a small number of criminals to undermine the public’s confidence in our democratic process.”

is an important message that should make it clear that vote by mail is dependable because cheaters will be caught.

Not a big deal and certainly not result altering, this sounds like a political smear job.
