After all expanding medicaid helps ease alot of pain and suffering people endure without having access to affordable healthcare.

Here in Nebraska we voted a few years ago for Medicaid expansion and where are we today? The legislature immediately pass a bill to rescind the vote of the people to revert back to no Medicaid expansion and our Republican Governor signed it into law. Two years later he was re-elected by a wide margin. Expect the same thing to happen in Oklahoma, sorry to say.

There were like 3-4 red states that all passed Medicaid expansion a few years ago and I presume they all passed bills to override the will of the people.

That's just...them in this era. The "hands off my Social Security" folk vote for candidates who would repeal it in a moment if they could.
