Yes, I know the election is just around the corner...
But.
trump won't leave office until over 6 months from now. We can't wait that long.
The Russian bounty scandal should trigger a congressional investigation, and if trump has lied, the House should vote to impeach. If the Senate doesn't remove him... that's on the Republicans. Again. Only this time, the issue couldn't be clearer.
It is not for Congress to weigh political consequences ... their job is to do what is best for the country.

(9,426 posts)allow it. He does not want a republican president to be shamed in this way, no matter how much of a failure he is. The spineless gop shake in their boots then go along with whatever Moscow Mitch tells them to do. Then they go on TV, smirking about "owning the libs" while their leader is destroying the entire country.

(5,401 posts)Both the BS from the WH squatters and the reasons to impeach Trump.
If this one isn't the one that opens the eyes of the GOP and opens the flood gates of GOP indignant rage, nothing will.
If crickets, names will be taken and an tsunami of revenge (legal of course) will rain down on GOP heads at the earliest opportunity.

Because the whole thing stinks...
