Here in Arizona I want to thank all the non-mask wearing trump stooges

who know fill the hospitals to capacity. For those of us who have been scrupulous in precautions we now face the realization that if we contract COVID our bed will be in a SEARS tough shed with a brown paper bag as a ventilator.

Know this, even if I'm more wired up than Frankenstein on a 7 day meth rush I will be voting in November.

You could say that are agreements to honor the preventative measures were an honor system and the reason for adhering to that was not a matter of politics or belief systems. It was self-evident and based on facts, science and easy to make observations.

Therefore, those without honor or even a sense of it are unable to grasp that, adhere to it or be concerned.

Dishonorable people neglect their reciprocal relationship to their fellow citizens with ease and abandon. One wonders about their value and worth in that respect.

Republicans tend to be more that way in most situations.

They promote the idea of competition in markets (despite how the system often results in monopolies); they oppose government welfare that they view as antagonistic to their dog-eat-dog views (unless it helps them); sports forums are often filled with Republicans; and so on.

The pandemic requires cooperation to quash it, and that's something more alien to their minds.

If Trump had wore a mask and strongly supported their use, then they'd probably wear them. Otherwise, masks are often viewed as an attack on their "team".

Freakin' maskholes!
