I seem to remember that most of the controversial SCOTUS decisions are released right before the Court goes for it's summer break, which is the last business day before July 4th.

My guess is the requirement that women's clinics Doctors have admitting privileges to perform abortions gets rejected in a finely worded decision that has a 5-4 or 6-3 vote, with Roberts going with the liberals in both cases and maybe also Gorsuch joining in, Gorsuch's LGBTQ ruling shows that he likely isn't the total social warrior that those who put him on the Bench were looking for.
