Before they had very tight mail in rules and didn’t even have early voting. Pennsylvania as well.

6. The notice I got said not to expect results for 2 weeks

I voted by mail almost 2 weeks ago. The governor sent out absentee ballot applications to every voter in the state and ballots had to be postmarked or hand delivered by June 23rd - today.

8. Exactly, just read over the notice. In my NY county, they won't start counting mailed votes till 7/1

So they won't even have a preliminary count until the next day. And looking at the numbers, 4x as many voted by mail as voted in person today.
