ballots were out and they wouldn't start counting them 7 days from today.

We'll see if anything changes.

Before they had very tight mail in rules and didn’t even have early voting. Pennsylvania as well.

I voted by mail almost 2 weeks ago. The governor sent out absentee ballot applications to every voter in the state and ballots had to be postmarked or hand delivered by June 23rd - today.

So they won't even have a preliminary count until the next day. And looking at the numbers, 4x as many voted by mail as voted in person today.
