(15,938 posts)Before they had very tight mail in rules and didnt even have early voting. Pennsylvania as well.

(205,927 posts)I voted by mail almost 2 weeks ago. The governor sent out absentee ballot applications to every voter in the state and ballots had to be postmarked or hand delivered by June 23rd - today.

(205,927 posts)So they won't even have a preliminary count until the next day. And looking at the numbers, 4x as many voted by mail as voted in person today.
