Does support for gay marriage go up or down with lower income levels or is there no correlation?

So let's see, of the 10 states with the highest proportion, two are purple states (New Mexico and Florida) and the rest are solid Republican states (Idaho, the Gulf Coast states that aren't Florida, South Carolina, and Arkansas). North Carolina and Tennessee, two former Confederate states, are just knocking on the door of the top 10.
