He is mocking the police (?)woman who had a meltdown because McDonalds handed her her coffee but her Egg McMuffin was yet ready. She went on and on about how McDonalds workers were probably poisoning her and she was so upset that when they brought her McMuffin she to,d them to keep it.

This hilarious Canadian who is a medic went through the same monologue embellishing with statements like, it’s been 30 seconds, where is my McMuffin, are they poisoning it, I’m so nervous and I haven’t eaten in like an hour. 🙂
