Notice the white people in all the scenes. These ads are designed to persuade white suburban voters away from Trump.

If we had gotten a sliver of the independents in 2016, Hillary Clinton would have become our President. These guys at Lincoln Project certainly know that and they're good at aiming their message. That's why these spot ads are so effective. At least I believe they are effective.

Republicans have years, decades of hate radio, even Fox News, experience on how to shape messages and create memorable slogans.
