What's coming down the pike from the S.C. won't be as kind as today's ruling

It’s the case about abortion and doctor’s hospital admitting privileges. This is coming down in the next week or so. Abortion has been singled out from other procedures, saying that an abortion can’t be performed unless the doctor has hospital admitting privileges within thirty miles. Even if there is a hospital within thirty miles, most hospitals won’t go along with it.

Just another clever way to chip away at reproductive rights. This decision could render Roe v. Wade moot in fifteen states. Some states like New York and California have already codified Roe v. Wade into state law. The rest of the blue states need to do that, too. We can’t depend on the courts anymore. One out of five federal judges are now Trump (Federalist Society) appointees.

The only hope is that Roberts won’t go along with it, but I’m not holding my breath.

It’s supposed to be for the almost non-existent emergency cases.

The poison is already ingested, it's just a matter of when it hits.

The only thing that remains to be seen is the whether Roberts will allow the Court to outright dismantle it, or whether he'll just allow it to be neutralized with bureaucratic red tape (like the Court did with automatic weapons) and then walk away.

Whether the Executive Branch is answerable to the Congress. Is Trump (and his taxes) a King??

Gorsuch and the other RWNJ planted on SCOTUS are likely salivating over the opportunity to reverse Roe.
