If Biden wins, I hope he includes this in his victory speech:

A reminder that destroying or altering federal records to conceal wrongdoing is a federal crime. He should also establish a hotline for federal employees to contact his campaign about wrongdoing they are aware of, with a promise of immunity where appropriate.

an 18-wheeler pulled up to the Texas statehouse and all of his papers were loaded up and transferred to his father's library, despite a Texas law prohibiting such an action.

I expect the WH during the last week of the Trump reign will be filled with the sound of paper-shredders 24/7.

I'm hoping that reminding them of the law and promising protection would encourage some low-ranking employees to do the right thing.
