The Republicans on the supreme court know the people are tired of their bullshit also.

Their decision process recently seems to be more moderate. The American people are tired of their political decisions, the scores of 5-4 decisions, all in favor of right wing views. Corrupt decisions like Citizens United. Roberts knows this is not a good time to piss off the people. There would be protests against the Supreme Court. Times are changing.

Need to hang on until Joe Biden wins in November and he will nominate good people who will uphold not only the rule of law, but the US Constitution itself that Trump has trashed each day of his Administration.
