A question about the virus, age, and chronic conditions like diabetes, heart . . . .

. . . . . disease, chemo, etc.: are such people at an increased risk of contracting it or only at risk for a worse outcome if they do catch it?

All I have heard is that the outcomes are potentially worse but that risk of contracting it is the same as anyone else.

What have others heard?
