In fact, my CNY town police department actually posted on their Facebook page yesterday that they've been receiving calls about violent protests being planned for the main corridor through town (4-lane boulevard) today. The police department reassured everyone that they checked their intel and nothing of the sort was on the radar. This town is full of right wing, FOX "news" watching pearl clutchers. Ugh!
