After I saw the previous ad of this group, I went to their website to check it out. And there were the stories and video clips of all these voters who voted for Trump in the last presidential election, but would never do so again. My big question for them was: OK, Morans - why the heck couldn't you have figured out that Trump was bad news before you voted in the last election? It was painfully clear to me. I wanted to post a comment to that effect somewhere on their site, but it seemed to be geared only to those Republican voters who voted for Trump in the last election but would never do so again. We gotta seriously come to grips with why we fell for this con man in the first place, so we never make the same kind of mistake again. The best I can figure out is that too many people were blindly mesmerized by the carefully cultivated image of the successful businessman and investor that Trump broadcasted on The Apprentice. That speaks volumes for the ability of the boob tube to hypnotize us all, and hold us in its grip.

And its not even "dirty work" in that everything in it is actual footage, or reports. Nothing made up.

But the dirty word for Democrats is SENSATIONALISM. Underplay everything rather than overplay. Criticize, but without offending anyone too much. And make sure you NEVER could be accused of exaggerating to make a point. Example: They used Trump's mocking of a disabled reporter as an image to make a more general point. Washington Democrats live in such a fear of offending Fox News viewers for no fucking reason I can fathom.

And just to be clear to everyone, this red machine will be in full force against Democrats, once Republicans ever nominate a more diplomatic sounding, smooth talking, smarter version of Trump who will give better cover to Mitch or whomever is a Republican speaker in future to enact the same policies they are pushing now.

We desperately need some kind of new PR department of our own that is not afraid to roll up its sleeves and beat them at their own game after this. For now, we have to rely on Republicans. Sad but I'll take it.......for now.
