The governor started relaxing restrictions about 3 weeks ago as the number of confirmed cases was already on the uptick. This week we've had record highs and although more people are being tested the positive confirmation percentage is accelerating. Less people are seen wearing masks and social distancing is becoming a thing of the past. I hate to think where we will be in a couple of weeks due to the protests.
