The bill has no effect at all unless the Senate also passes it and the President signs it.

Even then... it only impacts anything after it's likely that Barr isn't there any longer anyway.

IOW... it's a publicity stunt. Worse than that - if Nadler expects a Biden victory, it would just hamstring the new AG unless overturned.

4. Cut the fucking budget so hard that Barr makes minimum wage

and works from an office furnished with a folding card table and chairs and a few orange crates. Give him an IBM 360 and a 1200-baud modem and make him buy his own postage stamps and toilet paper.

6. I would also forbid any government agency from spending money at Trumps golf club and his hotels.

If they refuse their budget gets cut 10x what they spend.
Same for the funding for air force one as the tax payers should not be paying for Trump to take mulitple golf trips so any time he goes to his club in florida it needs to be on his own dime as its not his legal residence.
