As David Pakman said they will be using a lot of 'garbage numbers'. He explained those as where employment falls by , for easy math lets say from 100 to 20 and 80% drop, then it goes up 10%. Of course that is 10% or the 20 for an additional 2 jobs but they will praise as a 10% rise in employment even though 78 people are still unemployed.
