FLIPPABLE: Jasmine Taylor for MT-HD22
Jasmine was born in Great Falls, Montana and has built her life in District 22. Jasmine attended Valley View Elementary, North Middle School, and C.M.R. High School. She then studied at the University of Providence where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Jasmine is a first-generation college student and believes in the power of public education.
Growing up, Jasmine watched her parents go bankrupt after a family member was diagnosed with cancer. Forced into poverty, Jasmine’s family relied on food stamps and Medicaid to make ends meet. Jasmine learned that hard working families can lose everything with just one medical emergency, and has since committed her life to public service. Jasmine has worked for Montana’s Department of Health and Human Services for 8 years, and is a proud member of the Montana Federation of Public Employees union. If elected, Jasmine will continue her fight to uplift all Montanans, not just those born into wealth
