What Is The Obligation Of The Military If Trump Gives Them An Order To Violate The Constitution?....

If Trump orders them to attack American People and that is not in the mission of the military - what recourse does the military have to deal with that and Trump's unlawful order.

I understand the military is to follow orders and Trump is the Commander-In-Chief. But what if he gives an unlawful order? What do they do?

I understand that many of the Top Brass of the military have spoken out against Trump already - but is that enough?

Therefore, wouldn't they have grounds to defy an order to violate it?

The Military Times poll had him below 50%

this was in December:

Half of active-duty military personnel contacted in the poll held an unfavorable view of President Trump, showing a continued decline in his approval rating since he was elected in 2016.

milley, has a sense of honor or respect for our Constitution. The violent clearing of protesters came from the top and orders were obeyed.
