So, it’s more like 160,000-170,000. The initial looks at excess deaths over the 5 year average all indicate the count of COVID19 deaths is being significantly under estimated.

They were crowded and for the first couple of weeks people were acting like it was over and no masks. While some beaches were crowded the worse part was the crowds near the beaches in shops, bars and restaurants.

Have to remember that COVID-19 is still out there. My county in PA will move to the yellow phase tomorrow, which is a partial reopening. More stores can open, gatherings of up to 25 are allowed, and restaurants can have outdoor dining. I am happy but will be wearing a mask (and it is still required) and doing social distancing.

Let us not take our eye off the ball on the virus problem.
From the little bit of the Floyd event today, I was disappointed in the number of attendees in the audience unmasked.

105 cases now, 5 dead. But for a long time it was single digits for cases. 11 new cases last night.
2 in my zip code. When I've been to the store lately, half the people seem to have forgotten about the pandemic.
So glad I'm in the boonies.

Step aside cancer and heart disease.

It seems the plan is to ignore this. For the sake of "the economy" or something.

But what use is an economy that can't feed, house, provide appropriate medical care, and educate everyone?

I won't be surprised if there are a million U.S. Americans dead of this virus by November 3. Counted or uncounted.

heart attacks, etc, etc. I asked them why would people inflate the numbers. They said to make trump look
bad. I asked if Italy, Spain, Brazil, England Iran and every other country was doing that too. They shut up.

She lives in Republican Hell.

Her coworker had heart problems and the consensus is GOD blah blah blah JESUS and he would have died sooner or later anyways.

We ALL die sooner or later.

Five more years, fifty years, or one hundred years, how do we value the days of a human life?
