I’m honestly not a fan of the fencing they put around it already, but this.... Such a sad, symbolic representation of something that’s being taken away from us, withheld from us, made remote, and out of reach. America is not mine anymore, or yours.

Walling off the White House, caging it, encasing it, enclosing it...to me it looks like a symbolic representation of America and her hope, her liberty and freedoms, being slowly choked out of existence, starved of oxygen. This gesture is breaking my heart, been in the verge of tears all day.
