(1,257 posts)Networks are getting better at it, but you've got an anchor at home, and a producer, maybe also at home, people in the field and all this stuff is trying to be fed seamlessly into your living room. Plus, who knows what kind of mayhem is going on outside the block where these people live?
I've been watching MSNBC, I noticed the weird graphics, and the abrupt exit of Chris Jansing, and watched her throwing down the papers, and I too wondered about it.
But cut these people some slack, please. They are just trying to get you some information.
And has MSNBC permanently sealed Steve Kornacki next to the "big board" in Rockefeller Center? I want to about that also.

(5,042 posts)Im pretty sure most of the anchors are at 30 Rock and so are producers and techs. Some may be on location in LA or Minny or wherever. Those are not at home cameras.
