No reporting of how the mess around the hotels etc, was essentially a cop riot

There were many reports in alternate news of cops flooding hotels with tear gas, even if it was a hotel of mostly middle-aged tourists

And beating up young adults walking peacefully blocks from where the convention events were taking place

Also many speakers at convention were furious about what the cops were doing in the streets, often to their own college- age kids. They said so too--to the convention and to reporters.

But whole story of convention has come down in history as a bunch of out-of-control hippies interfering with the time-honored process of an election

Good job of spinning and rewriting history!

A lot of people blamed Johnson for the war protests because... it was Johnson's war.

I don't see how Trump fully escapes blame here, either.
