Yes, it's early, and we can't afford to be complacent, and we've been down this road before, but if we look at the averages of the state polls (and even give Trump the states that are essentially tied, like Ohio and Georgia), then Biden wins big. Again, that's assuming things as they are hold. Hell, even Texas is within two points based on this: https://www.270towin.com/2020-polls-biden-trump/
This, more than anything, is encouraging to me. Biden has broad-based support. I hope he really makes a great VP choice who can help drive this home.
I would be curious to know what the state polls looked like in May 2016. I can easily find national polls, but I am not particularly adept at finding state polls within a particular time frame. Anyone have those links?

(66,399 posts)this Election Day, I also want his demented followers to feel the growing horror and dismay we felt when it looked like it was all over for HRC. I want them to have nightmares, I want them to be physically sick, I want them to start wondering what life must be like in other countries.
I want them to know, once and for all, that it's over for Trump, and over for them. May they never find rest or acceptance anywhere ever again.
