Hi, I'm Cheryl Butler and I'm running to represent you in the Utah House of Representatives, District 53. I live in Summit County with my husband Raymond, and our two adorable dogs, Lucy & Barney. I'm retired, after working >30 years as an engineer and senior manager with Chevron. For 20 of those years, I was a working mom. Thankfully, our five kids are all grown now and have flown the nest. Since retirement, I've put my experience to work by serving the community on the Boards of multiple civic organizations.

I'm running for office because I truly believe that we all have a duty to serve the public when we can. In these uncertain times, experience really matters. I'd like to put mine to use for District 53. Join me, and let's bring a new voice to UT State House - YOURS!
