Stand straight up, arms/hands falling naturally to your sides. Note that your hands fall right to your upper thighs, not forwards of the thigh as you look down. Now, go back to the pic of Trumpy standing not quite face on to our picture taker. Clearly, his hands are well forward of the plane of his thighs, again looking down. This is caused by some pretty massive lifts OR custom made show with built in lifts and high heels, hence the forward tilt.

Other pics on other sites have also recently highlighted the odd forward tilt. It's very apparent in other photos. All for the vainglorious leader to appear taller, I'd say about 3", than he really is. Gotta be a bitch to walk and not literally fall over. That or some weird strain to the back, lower legs, thighs, whatever and for what purpose?

While I agree that some shots of his shoes make them look like they have lifts, are we sure that's what is causing his lean?
