Also, vetting is just that. A process which can be considered a show of respect for an early endorsement. Team Biden will vet more than a handful of people.

There are going to be pluses and minuses to whomever he chooses. He has a lot of great women to choose from and no matter who he picks, there will be some who are disappointed. I think the most important factors in choosing a candidate are the person's ability to take over the presidency if needed and the person's talents and how they complement Biden's.
