The days of Walter Cronkite are long gone. Dan Rather tried to tell the truth and was made an example of.

Ratings and money rule. That is partly how Jon Stewart and Colbert got to be mega. Daily show and Colbert Report gave more news than the news.

DJT is the natural result.

Why are train wrecks, aviation mishaps, volcanic eruptions, hurricanes, and tornadoes covered by the news?

Huge disasters ALWAYS draw attention, and Lard Butt is the biggest fucking disaster to hit this nation since the Civil War.

I remember when we used to have something called investigative journalism. No one investigates anything anymore. They pull it off the wire, change a few words and post it under their brand. Most of the time they don't even bother with; who, what, when, were and why. You are lucky to get 3 of those in a single story.
