Today I received two letters from NY labor Dept on how to get benefits.

I am already collecting benefits, It's done. The whole process has been insane. Nothing works right anymore in America. The instructions I am receiving contradict what I have already done. Still unable to talk to a live human being in the labor Dept and I am done trying.

You know what, fuck it! Hopefully they will catch up and send letters that make fucking sense.
