3b) He's lying just to not admit he was wrong,

3c) Both of the above, omitting the "just"s. They're not mutually exclusive.

I will tell what is Trump really interested in...
lower interest rates. That saves Trump corporation millions because it borrows a lot in construction business.
That is why Trump is always nagging Federal Reserve to lower rates, which are already near zero.
