Rushing a vaccine can actually make things worse.

I posted this before, but am doing it again I light of yesterday's WH announcement.



We absolutely should turn the race for a vaccine into this generation's moon landing, but that doesn't mean we can just cut whatever corners we'd like, particularly with respect to testing.

an increase in Guillain-Barre cases. One cannot responsibly rush a vaccine to make a specific deadline (i.e. Election Day).

endlessly about it, and thousands get 'vaccinated' w/ the touted vaccination, and then WHAM, an unintended side effect of the vaccine will cause a more virulent virus to emerge, worse than the original strain?
