Made in America - Buy American

I just want to say I'm glad the Magats figured out how to parrot what Union Members have been saying since 1794.

Yes, you guys shamed us, beat us and even killed some of us for daring to stand up for American workers, but welcome to the party regardless.

Yes you liars probably don't have one damn thing made start to finish by American workers, and you aren't likely to start now.

Yes this very moment 3/4 of you are online shopping for things "stored in the USA" or "shipped from the USA" so you can feel all patriotic.

Yes, you think your Magatwear made in some third world country with flags and eagles on it make you a "real American".

Yes, you are all completely full of crap just like your leader.

BUT

I agree with you. Buy American. Buy Union.

He always looked for American made for every thing he bought. He'd be so aggravated when he couldn't find American made items. When I got remarried, he wanted to buy us a feather comforter. My mom picked one up at Penney's where she worked, and dad read the label, made in China, so he sent it back and started a hunt. He found a feather down comforter, paid more for it, and I've used it for 27 yrs. It is now on it's last legs, the fabric is ripping at the seams and losing feathers. I have packed it up for now, and will look to mend it after I get some other projects done. My dad died 11 yrs. ago, so it's sentimental to me and is a really nice warm comforter. I will most likely encase it in a second layer of fabric and hand quilt it on top.

I try to find American made but it's hard, and I am ok with paying more for American made stuff.

A lot of times you don't have a choice, but it doesn't hurt to check.
