During Dr Bright's hearing the Rs keep passing their time, "reserving" it

So the Ds keep questioning one after another.

Are the Rs just going to sandbag Dr Bright over and over at the end of the hearing? So it ends in a slew of negative commentary? Are they waiting for a medical doctor rep to have an uninterrupted period of time to question Dr Bright?

Anyone hear what the strategy is here?

..the only thing i can think of is they are going to get a bulldog to badger the Dr for as many minutes as they have.....leaving that obscene spectacle seared in the minds of the viewers or maybe that's when trump* will finally watch it....and they want a BIG SHOW for the orange clown.
