If I read in this article what qualifies as executive privilege and this line in particular:

“whether a particular communication is both predecisional and deliberative”

It sounds like to be privilege the communication has to be the president and advisors discussing options to come to a decision.

So would it be correct to say if these emails are more directions/orders then discussions (e.g. the president wants to fuck Biden over do no money until the launch the bogus investigation) does that mean they cannot be called privileged? And Jackson can give them NYT?

Trump is making a sham of the Judicial system by only accepting a court ruling if it is handed down by the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court needs to start remanding it back to the lower court as there is no new point of law at issue that needs to be decided by the Supreme Court. That is the only way to end the abuse.
