Because Wisconsin's going to opening up too soon, a convention in Milwaukee is too dangerous for Democrats to congregate close together. Wisconsin will be unsafe for delegates.

Does this mean everything is open and everyone goes back to work tomorrow? If I were a citizen of Wisconsin i wouldn't be happy........ now the state can throw everyone off unemployment.

5. There seems to be a lot of confusion. My daughter has been texting her boss and her employees.

She manages a bar, and the tavern league said go ahead and open. Rumor has it some bars are already open. She has told her boss she is not working yet, she is 8 months pregnant and has an 8 year old son. Most of her crew are parents. Her boss seems really confused. We are in the county with the 2nd highest covid cases in the state, but heavily republican.

My husband's work had already planned a soft open for next week, we have not heard any updates from them.

I really dislike WI republicans. I will be calling all reps who are pro life to ask why they don't care about her pregnancy.

8. Thank you. Tavern League is really powerful. Pretty sure they are a big reason pot is not

legal up here yet. I worked in restaurant and bar on and off since the 70's, mostly in management, they have always been powerful. That said, I don't know that there is a safe way to serve food and drink at this point. We will not be going to a bar or restaurant right now. So many people in hospitality are young parents with young kids. I am now a grandparent, and I am very angry right now.
