A quick citation to the Goose and Gander Principle should obviate any snitty contempt citation the Senate might issue for blowing off their subpoena.

Obama should claim any records subpoenaed from his administration, specifically involving Joe Biden, are "privileged communications." Stonewall, obstruct and tell the Senate to pound salt. I'm sick and tired of legal obligations and sanctions only applying to one party.

This is insanity. Just ignore it. Ignore all their accusations, just like they do ours. Just don't show up. Never defend, never comment, don't give them any steam. Just shut them down.
