The federal prison has had no covid cases. Manafort gets to spend the rest
of his term at home. Why is he special, except for being a tRump crony?
Many people are in jails or prisons for less and can't go home. Pisses me off!

(25,816 posts)I saw that 2500 prisoners have been released as of this week.
Then I looked up the number of people incarcerated---2.3 million
in the US. I found nothing about Manafort's prison (whether he was
the only one released).
So about one thousandth of one percent have been released overall.
I'm sure there are factors I'm not considering, but it still makes me
mad that he is so privileged.
