Why don't any of the other inmates at Manafort's prison get released?

The federal prison has had no covid cases. Manafort gets to spend the rest
of his term at home. Why is he special, except for being a tRump crony?
Many people are in jails or prisons for less and can't go home. Pisses me off!

He has the contacts in Ukraine and elsewhere. Something is in the works and it's ugly if he's involved.

There is a set of criteria for who is eligible.

Is there a source for your claim that no one else was released from that facility?

I saw that 2500 prisoners have been released as of this week.
Then I looked up the number of people incarcerated---2.3 million
in the US. I found nothing about Manafort's prison (whether he was
the only one released).
So about one thousandth of one percent have been released overall.
I'm sure there are factors I'm not considering, but it still makes me
mad that he is so privileged.

...and keep an eye on his communications. He has no expectation of privacy under the 4th Amendment.

Do you trust anyone connected to the Justice Department to keep an eye on his communications or to do do anything about it if he steps out of line?
